The Taylors are both healthcare professionals and educators who saw a need to provide a meaningful alternative for people who desired to improve their present physical and mental state but who lack the confidence and supervision to execute their long term goal. After many days and nights of thinking about how to solve the healthcare disparity and crisis, Yoga In The Moment LLC (YITM) was born to help remedy the problem. Yoga In The Moment (YITM) will exceed your expectations by creating unique and individualized yoga experiences for all clients who wish to improve their mental and physical health.
Yoga In The Moment is an integrated Yoga experience using health and wellness principles to promote optimal health. YITM is specifically dedicated to introducing yoga to people who are “Yoga Curious,” and to people who want to improve their overall health but do not want to go to traditional gyms to improve their overall well-being. YITM believes in the 5 pillars of health which are: positive mental attitude, proper exercise, proper nutrition, proper rest, and relaxation. By incorporating the pillars of health YITM can ensure clients can function at optimum levels to maximize quality of life.
